1. Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of shipments, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. Estimated delivery time: 7-15 business days. *Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on your location and carrier volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours, allowing you to follow your package directly on our website.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes VibeCove Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damages If you receive your order damaged, please contact our support team immediately at shopvibecove@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and send us a photo so we can process a free replacement or refund for you as quickly as possible.
